Neighborhood Housing Services of New Haven held its annual meeting on Monday evening at local art space NXTHVN and touted efforts to expand homeownership in the city.

A new course brings together Yale Law School students and faculty and their counterparts at two Yale professional schools with community partners to find real-world solutions to the state’s affordable housing crisis. A funding commitment from the state of Connecticut means their development proposals could become actual housing in New Haven.
