S.C. Troopers Arrest A Lancaster Woman For A Hit-And-Run Involving A Pedestrian February 19, 2021 LANCASTER, S.C. South Carolina Troopers say 53-year-old Carolyn Crook is under arrest for her involvement in a hit-and-run in Lancaster County that left one pedestrian with injuries on January 21st. Crook is charged with leaving the scene of a collision resulting in great bodily injury, and is booked at the Lancaster County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing, according to a news release.
