Southeastern Sioux Falls will be welcoming a new bar and restaurant to the neighborhood this summer. RoundHouse BrewPub was issued a building permit April 12 to renovate an office building on the corner of 69th Street and Cliff Avenue, sharing a building with Moda Stone and The Sauna Haus. The building permit valuation is $415,000. The area is ripe for growth and development, and a neighborhood bar is just what the area needs, said Chris Sperle, one of several partners in the restaurant.
