Need to be courteous and respectful and too often they are not. Developed ae hardened attitude in part because of the hostility that they have encountered on the streets. When they do make a mistake. There is no question that they need to be held accountable. And i would think that this will policer way in easing Community Tensions if the police could be more respectful.
