It is one of the worst things we have seen in washington, d. C. Thats how the citys police chief described todays shooting rampage that killed 13 people including the gunman. Dozens including a Police Officer were hurt. And the shooting happened in building 197 of the Washington Navy yard. The building is just a couple of miles from the u. S. Capitol. One with witness described what happened when the shooting happened.
