At 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, at Holy Cross Cemetery in Livermore Falls a wreath will be placed at the grave of Frank L. Mitchell, for whom VFW Post 3335 in Jay is named. It is one of 55 wreaths that will be placed on veterans' graves there, including those for whom other local veterans organizations are named.
