mcdaniel captured on video. he quickly pointed his gun at the female employee behind the counter. he said to sit back away from the phone then proceeded to tie her up. a short while later, a customer walked in jason mcdaniel. amaya ordered him to get behind the counter. he pleaded to take the wallet and let them both go but the gunman wasn't having any of it. and prepared to tie up mcdaniel as well. but he reached for something on the floor leafing his gun on the counter. jason mcdaniel lunged forward and grabbed the gun. >> he took his hand off the gun and that's when i rushed him. ...
