Bill Baker, Sr., age 85, of Harrogate, had been missing since Feb. 16. He was last seen at Auto Zone in Middlesboro, Kentucky Feb. 24 by an employee. Baker suffered from dementia. According to a report from officials with the Bell County Sheriff’s Office, Bell County Rescue Squad and Kentucky State Police found Baker’s body Tuesday night in the Page Cutoff community after someone reported a body in the woods while looking for deer sheds.
