Jaiprakash Power Ventures (JPVL) on Tuesday said its board has approved disinvestment of 74% stake in Jaypee Powergrid to Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL).Jaypee Powergrid (JPL) is a joint venture of PGCIL and JPVL.
