Newly released emergency dispatch logs show that an escaped prisoner had been gone at least 81 minutes before a state forestry employee called Washington County 911 to report him missing from a work crew.
The Oregon Department of Forestry worker, Renae Shippey, made the call and at first appeared unaware that two witnesses had already called 911 to report the brutal attack of two women at the same campground where the inmate had been on the crew.
