Night. Jeff, good morning to you. Reporter gayle, good morning. So the winds have shifted now. Yesterday they were coming from in front of where i am. Now theyre coming from behind. The surf is up behind us, winds still coming down significantly. The wind is blowing significantly. The rain coming down as well. We saw the worst of it here from about midnight until 2 00 a. M. But it is by no means over. You look out and tarps all over the roads here from tents that were up in this area along st. Pete beach.
