Punxsutawney Phil will be back at it again celebrating Groundhog Day this week, deciding whether we'll have 6 more weeks or winter or an early spring.

Jeff Permar eventually set up a garden for Chunk to pillage, saying his experience with the groundhog has changed his outlook on wildlife.
