Big Table Restaurants Names Jeff Sime Director of Operations
Big Table Restaurants owner Sean Yeremyan announced that Jeff Sime has joined the team as director of operations. In his new role, Sime will oversee the day-to-day operations at all Big Table Restaurants—HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern (Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Atlantic Station, and Halcyon in Alpharetta), Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar in Alpharetta, 10th & Piedmont and Gilbert's (aka G's) in Midtown, and Big Table Events & Catering.
