May 17, 2021 US-based meal-kit company HelloFresh is to set up three plastics collection centres in Indonesia as part of its on-going environmental protection efforts. HelloFresh is partnering with social enterprise, Plastic Bank, to prevent plastics waste from entering the ocean by incentivising individuals living in some of the world’s most polluted beach communities to collect littered plastics in exchange for goods, services, and financial support.
