rain a short time ago, air is still moist, but the rain has moved out. you might get another batch moving through a little later on. current conditions at reagan national airport. they have been reporting fog. a temperature of 47 degrees. relative humidity at 93%. the wind have shifted to out of the west. later on today, they will be blowing pretty strong. they will be gusting up to 40 or 50 or 60 miles an hour in parts of the viewing area. because of that, there's a high wind warning that goes into effect at 2:00 this afternoon. at 11:00 a wind advisory is in effect. here's your day...
