Multiple drug charges filed in Jersey County Scott Cousins, scousins@thetelegraph.com FacebookTwitterEmail JERSEYVILLE — Numerous controlled substance and methamphetamine-related charges were recently filed in separate incidents by the Jersey County State’s Attorney’s Office. Jeffry C. Young, 55, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, was charged Jan. 6 with possession of methamphetamine 15-100 grams, a Class 1 felony; and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
