A YOUTH worker is hiking 100 miles so her charity can help more youngsters. Jill Young, of Inverclyde Youth For Christ, has been embracing the great outdoors during January on a sponsored month-long walk and has already clocked up around 70 miles. She is gearing up for the last few days of the challenge as she closes in on reaching her target. Jill, 30, who is married with a 16-month-old son, Samuel, says she has been enjoying the challenge. She said: "I've been getting out as much as I can, getting the boots on. "It's been really nice being out and about in the fresh air."
