DENNIS —The beach at Crowes Pasture will remain open to off-road vehicles, despite a recommendation from the Dennis Beach Management Advisory Committee based on concerns about erosion and flooding. Long before Jeni Landers became chairperson of the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School Committee, she was a student in Kenneth Jenks' history class. Memories of Jenks' compassion and creativity have stayed with her over the course of 33 years.
