Jeri Ann Brooks, 74, of Wintersville and Catawba Island, Ohio, was called home to her Lord on January 16, 2021. She awaits her reunion with many loving family members and lifelong friends who have stayed behind for now.
She was born on January 6, 1947, in Fayetteville, NC, daughter of the late John S. Fristick and Violet E (Houchin) Dondzila. She was raised in Wintersville by her parents and alongside her other father, Frank J. Dondzila. She was proud to call both men father and throughout her life she happily recalled memories of her involvement in and influences from both loving families.
A truly dedicated Ohio State Buckeyes fan her entire life, she also served proudly as an official U.S. Navy Ombudsman, and was honored by her past membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution.
