All Jerry Weber wanted was to bury his father, Air Force veteran William Weber, at Tahoma National Cemetery.
The unidentified body was buried while wearing the military dress uniform of the man's father, a deceased 97-year-old World War II veteran.
A lawsuit filed this week contends a funeral home informed Jerald Weber that “the person who was buried in his father’s coffin, received military honors and was wearing his father’s uniform was a total stranger” and not decorated World War II veteran William Weber.
