Rosie's Cocktails & Pies: Trenton-style pizza for downtown Cincinnati
The rumors of Downtown dining's COVID-era demise might be greatly exaggerated. At least that's what husband-and-wife team Anthony and Haley Sitek are banking on. Next week, the couple will open a new pizzeria and cocktail joint dubbed Rosie's Cocktails & Pies, which will be located 300 E. Seventh St., Downtown. Their hope is that it will become a go-to spot for happy hours, grab-and-go dinners and, once workers start coming Downtown again, hungry lunch crowds.
