Europe. They dont like being told what to do by a group of bureaucrats in brussels. Europe changed from all recognition what we signed up for in 1972. My inclination would be to get out, you know, go it alone. Its a mess. To leave the eu would send a signal to the elite that political class, the bureaucrats, that they can only go this far.
