Halloween blizzard of '91 remains unforgettable
Three decades ago, there was a Halloween blizzard in Minnesota like no other before or since. Brainerd lakes area residents still vividly recall that Halloween blizzard from 1991 which caught trick-or-treaters and others by surprise.
