i think that the obama administration has already started to restore trust in the health care by the efforts reporter: as the health care debate heats up who is going to pay? who is going to pay? reporter: one casualty is truth. this was texas. even says in the bill that it is for illegal aliens. reporter: north carolina, democrat g.k. butters can field. they are not legal, not counted in this bill whatsoever. thank you. yes, they are! reporter: that s one of the main myths complicating the health care debate that illegal immigrants will get guaranteed  care. othe myths, that president obama is for a single payer government system. that suicide will be encouraged by government death panels and that care will be rationed and medicare cuts and tax dollars used to fund abortion. are a little more. reporter: many americans are angry about the recession and all of the bailouts and big government. it is housewives and it is bus drivers and it is plumbers and people with real jobs you. steve handelsman. it was a celebration at that time white house in honor of the newest supreme court justice. president barack obama introduced justice sonia sotomayor in the east room this morning to thunderous applause. she was sworn in saturday. becoming the first latina justice and the third woman tovr sit on the high court. sotomayor thanked the president saying that the momentous opportunity will not be lost on her. i stand here today knowing that my confirmation as an associate justice of the supreme court would never have been possible without the opportunities presented to me by this nation. reporter: supreme court justice ruth bader ginsburg was also at today s ceremony along with sotomayor s family. in charles county, maryland, accusations that a judge let the esai mt me that all of this construction messed up her parking routine. so she took a chance and she thought she would park here in this reserved area. by doing that, she was risking the possibility of tow because of the fact that the air was out of my tire. it was because of who did it. reporter: jean was illegally parked in a reserved space assigned to permit holders. she worked at the courthouse as a custodian for 13 years. she says when construction started at the court she started parking in this area because it is closer to the door and she leaves work after dark. now the alleged vandalism is under investigation. but laplata place are not naming possible suspect. what i can tell you is we are investigating an incident where the air was let out of a lady s tires. and where the investigation seventh judicial district and saying he is going to reserve comment until he can speak with his supervisor who is a part of the highest court of maryland here. court of appeals. he plans on talking george s county. her self-confessed killer claims to have buried bell s body there. crew was backhoes dug deep in that area. with mixed emotions. her stepfather says he s more hopeful about the the third time a large search effort has been coordinated to comb that area for bell s body. the gs that attacked and killed a young man in leesburg have been euthanized. loudoun county animal control returns, a crackdown on car break-ins in montgomery county. and what you can do to make sure you are not a target. workers try to rescue hundreds of people trapped after mudslides destroyed parts of taiwan. bob will update on us our chances for rain coming up. 700 people who were reported missing following the deadly typhoon in taiwan have been rescued. the storm hit the island over the weekend causing the heaviest flooding that country has seen in 50 years. villagers in the area were wiped out. many of them by massive mudslides that were triggered by the torrential rains. despite rescue efforts 67 people have been confirmed dead. no one knows how many people are missing. rescuers are still combing through the debris searching for survivors. fortunately nothing like that here. no. temperature is the real absolute measure of how hot or how humid that is, how humid the air is. look at the temperature change. right now. we are in the 80s. our temperatures have dropped six degrees. along the coast into the 10, 15. there is where it is still humid. raleigh-durham. with the humidity and a wave in the atmosphere coming along, that set the stage for nasty weather down there. as a
