Staff Writer Police say a man’s attack on a pregnant woman caused severe damage to her fetus late last month. Around 2:30 p.m. on April 27, police responded to Catholic Charities in Wheeling regarding a physical disturbance. At the scene, police spoke with the alleged victim, who directed them to Justin Johnson, 31 of Moundsville.
