Six United States craft beverage equipment manufacturing companies merged through a $100 million deal last month to form a new company called Lotus Beverage Alliance.
Lotus will serve as the source for beverage makers to buy a variety of supplies for producing craft beer, wine, hard cider, spirits, cold-brew coffee, ready-to-drink cocktails, kombucha, CBD- and THC-infused drinks and sake.

Six beverage equipment suppliers have joined forces to form the Lotus Beverage Alliance, a ‘one-stop-shop’ for the craft drinks industry.
As a platform for organic and inorganic global expansion, Lotus Beverage Alliance will focus on craft beer and high-growth ready-to-drink markets, pushing further into craft wine, coffee, kombucha, hard
