There might be reason for cautious optimism, according to a new market report. During June, the area saw a significant increase in new listings compared to the previous month, according to the most recent data from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. According to the CDC, on Vaccinations 1) 57.0% of the population over 18 has had at least one dose. 2) 108.1 million Americans are fully vaccinated.
