(Bismarck, ND)  --  Former state Representative Luke Simons says he will decide by tomorrow whether he is going to court to fight for his seat.  Simons was expelled from the House last week after allegations of sexual harassment surfaced.  Republican District 36 Chairman John Enderle says he is getting calls on naming a replacement for Simons but is waiting until Simons has made a decision about how to move forward.
