A New Jersey man admitted he paid a hitman $20,000 in Bitcoin to kill a 14-year-old in a bid to prevent him from testifying about their exchange of explicit photos, prosecutors said.
John Michael Musbach sought out a hitman online to murder a 14-year-old who would testify against him in a child pornography case
Musbach, now of Haddonfield and formerly of Galloway, pleaded guilty in Camden federal court. He had paid in bitcoin on the dark web in 2016, when the victim was 14.
