Erie's Whole Foods Co-op is in talks with the Erie Downtown Development Corp. about a possible expansion to EDDC property in downtown Erie. That's been confirmed by Cole Schenley, president of the co-op's board of directors; LeAnna Nieratko, the co-op's general manager; and John Persinger, CEO of the EDDC.
