County Clerk to handle fingerprints for CPL The Daily Reporter BRANCH COUNTY — Obtaining a concealed pistol license in Branch County soon will become easier for residents and more efficient for clerk Terry Kubasiak and her staff.  County commissioners recommended the purchase of a fingerprint scanner for the clerk’s office.
