Re “Don’t give the CCPOA a single cent more” (Aug. 30): The CCOPA has used its power for corrupt influence over every single California governor and other elected official since its inception, using large donations to political campaigns and PACs to impact laws and policies. It also adversely influences how investigations into its members are conducted and limits public access to investigation results.
