Video we shot moments ago. We captured this video of the leak, the cloud of white smoke coming from the rail car, this happened on Center Square road in Logan Township. A 30,000 gallon type rail car leaking from a valve. That is the initial report its not clear how much propane was in the rail car or how much leaked so far. No serious injuries and two people were transported to the hospital. We are told now at least one person was taken to the hospital just to be evaluated so that changed. This taking place in Logan Township a half mile radius evacuated because of this leak. With when we first...
