Regina is looking to adopt a Vision Zero traffic safety plan starting with the Cathedral neighbourhood in light of pedestrian fatalities.
The traffic calming curbs come following a pedestrian fatality at the intersection in December, the second death along 13th Ave in 2023.
A Cathedral Village Community Board member says deaths along the road "points to a systemic road design issue with 13th Avenue."
