JOHNSTOWN — The Glove Cities’ namesake again comes through in an emergency. Fulton County Emergency Services Director Steven Santa Maria recently told the Board of Supervisors’ Public Safety Committee that he stands to get his hands on dozens of boxes of nitrile gloves — important during the COVID-19 pandemic.
