Middletown police have made four arrests in connection to a fatal shooting that happened at a hookah lounge back in May after a months-long investigation.
The measure, which also involved the prohibition of night clubs, was initiated before the May 21 homicide of a New Britain man, 20, at the Hidden Hookah Lounge.
