Victims in this case and wmurs Cherise Leclerc is live where ely was arraigned today. Cherise the county attorney took those 10 years to collect enough evidence in order to charge ely. He is ordered to stay away from all minors including his two alleged victims. These are horrendous charges. Cherise the victims were between 11 and 13 at the time he is a them. Authorities say it happened in his hometown of new New Hampshireton. There are three charges in total, two counts of aggravated felonious Sexual Assault of a child under 16 and another also under the age of 16. Very troubling allegations ...
