Early Monday morning, Sedalia Police initiated a traffic stop on a motor vehicle for expired registration. Upon contact with the driver and occupant, Officers smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was searched and marijuana paraphernalia and two marijuana joints were found. A city summons was issued to Megan E. Stevens, 27, of Green Ridge for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a court date. Both Stevens and the driver were released from the scene. S...
