Controversial ditch remains so as $2 million repair debated
Downstream landowners in Joint Ditch 9 system for Chippewa and Swift counties are hoping to make their case against a repair project at a hearing Monday, March 15, on the redetermination of benefits for it. They consider the $2 million project too costly and believe it will not provide the benefits being assessed their lands.
