Ritter Public Library, 5680 Liberty Ave. in Vermilion, has announced it will undergo a temporary closure from Dec. 21 to Jan. 2. Library director Joy Walk said that trustees made the decision based on Gov. Mike DeWine's Stay Safe Ohio Protocol, enacted Dec. 10.
