Coll, 39, received the sentence in Worcester Superior Court after pleading guilty to several charges related to allegations that he raped a 15-year-old child multiple times. The crimes came to light, Assistant District Attorney Courtney L. Sans said, after a police officer in Shrewsbury spotted the man and teen inside a car near a boat ramp on a March 2016 afternoon. After the officer witnessed what appeared to be a sexual act, the teen was tested and DNA evidence of rape was recovered, Sans said. ....
