Enid Carolyn Nysetvold was born September 2, 1934, to Ole and Mina (Aasgaard) Nysetvold of Twin Valley, MN. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith at Zion Lutheran, a church her father built. She grew up with her 4 brothers and 5 sisters and graduated from Twin Valley High School. Enid worked in various caretaking and health care roles during her life. She was an in-home childcare provider, a nursing, kitchen, home health and clinic aide, and an administrative assistant for a county health agency. Enid married Phillip O.
