Must be able to work a 3/12 or 4/10 alternative workweek schedule; four-day work week, ten-hour shift schedule or three-day work week, twelve-hour shift
Minimum of two years brewing or advanced cellar work equivalent experience required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
Forklift certification preferred
General maintenance skills preferred
Able to work on feet for extended periods of time
Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company
