Surface streets and drives over a median to get to the finley cadillac dealership. Surveillance video shows him get out of the stolen car and target another vehicle. He grabs a man and throws him to the ground while trying to steal his car. Bystanders try to restrain munoz as deputies arrive. [ sound of gunfire ] [ screaming ] is taken out of the vehicle.
