Kate Weekes News Today : Breaking News, Live Updates & Top Stories | Vimarsana

We open the show in conversation with Abigail Lapell, talking about her brand new album, Anniversary, and her upcoming performances in the Ottawa-Gatineau area: Thursday, May 16 at Motel Chelsea and a sold out show at Red Bird Live on Friday. We talk to Abigail about things like how she arranges her songs and the impact of her evocative voice. We also get a sense of the ideas behind songs like the haunting "Footsteps" and the gorgeous love song "Stars."
