Both girls describe the man as hispanic. Between 30 and 40 years old. With a chunky build. Short black hair. And wearing a gold chain link neck necklace. And both say he was driving a white 4 door sedan. Neighbors say until hes caught. Theyre taking the safety of the children. Into their own hands. I will be keeping an eye out. Police are sending extra patrol around the neighborhood. And trying to put together a sketch of the man.
