Chackbay murder case heading back to court A Chackbay man convicted of killing his neighbor in 2017 is heading back to court. By a vote of 10-2, a Lafourche Parish jury in 2018 convicted Keith Trosclair, 63, of the second-degree murder of Christopher Saunders, 46, in a shooting that took place Dec. 5, 2017. A judge then sentenced him to life imprisonment during a hearing May 14, 2019.
