Excuse me. Where a tense standoff is in its 18th hour between police and man they say shot and killed a delaware state trooper. Trooper stephen j. Ballard was gunned down as he approached a car outside of a convenience store. Melanie alnwick joins us with the latest. Reporter the gunman was able to make it 15 miles away from the shooting scene and hes been hiding out in a house in a residential neighborhood.
