A cloud that is shrinking because the rain fading away well offshore of sirata beach. The plates to be out there. Sky tower radar which is still active, not on land. Lets zoom in. Watching since 6 a. M. It is still there now literally less than a mile from some of the area beaches including Clearwater Beach for you. More like three miles offshore. We will watch that.
