The Hillsborough County Health Department will provide testing to the community around Gopher Resource, a lead smelter operating near an elementary school in Tampa. The announcement was made Wednesday evening during a town hall held at Kenly Park and organized by Hillsborough County Commissioner Gwen Myers.
